         - Pick-up mail

         - Mail forwarding

         - Start vehicles

         - Feed and water animals

         - Check on lawn service and other service providers

         - Shovel snow

         - Provide a contact number for your security company

         - Facilitating service from other providers (e.g.a plumber or an electrician)

         - E-mail updates (including pictures) and/or phone updates

         - Preparations for your return

         - 7am-6pm Airport shuttle on business days (other hours possible for a 

            higher fee)

House sitting: short term house sitting is offered on a limited basis depending on availability.

Property caretaking services:

         - odd jobs around the house

         - basic maintenance and repairs

         - maintain landscape
